All our PT Sessions are designed to be COVID Safe. There will only ever be 1 client and 1 PT in our studio at any one time, which is deep cleaned before and after every single session
Our Bootcamp classes are designed for varying abilities and ensures that we release your WYLD side!
Expect to work hard but have a great time doing it - and the best part is that it's free for PT Clients.
